Eddie Effinger had an amazing weekend in the Hitmen sweep of the Boston Jr. Shamrocks. The 1987 birthdate from Belleville, IL lit the lamp 3 times and added 2 assists for a 5 point weekend. On top of that, Effinger finished the two game set with a +6 rating. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Effinger, Sr., was recently selected to the EJHL Southern Division All-Star squad. |

Andrew Himelson has been garnering much division one interest since joining the Hitmen over the summer. The 1990 birthdate has been leaving opponents in the dust and this weekend was no different as Himelson chipped in with a 1-3-4, +8 rating weekend against the Shamrocks. The Monroe, NY native is the proud son of Mr and Mrs Jay Himelson and will be in the starting line-up for the EJHL Southern Division All-Stars January 21. |

Kurt had an excellent weekend, scoring four goals in a two-game sweep of the South Shore Kings. He scored twice in each of the games and netted the game-winner on Sunday. He is currently seventh in the league with 18 goals on the season and will represent Syracuse in the EJHL All-Star Classic. Kurt is the son of Paul and Melissa of Glenview, IL. |
